What brandoc processes
brandoc processes account details, template structures, document variables, uploaded assets, generated files, billing state, and product usage needed to provide the service. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by brandoc.
AI generation
Only the information needed for a requested generation is sent to the configured AI provider. brandoc avoids placing private document content in application logs and records operational metadata separately from source material.
Storage and security
Private assets and exports are stored in private object-storage buckets. Downloads use short-lived signed URLs. Access decisions are performed server-side using the authenticated Clerk identity linked to the brandoc user record.
Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while the account is active and for a limited recovery period after deletion. Generated links expire quickly, while the underlying private file follows the account and document retention rules.
Your choices
You can request an export of your data, correct profile information, remove individual documents and assets, or request account deletion from Settings.
